Welcome to the World of Stephen Menard

Stephen Menard is a Scenic and Costume Designer currently based out of Gainesville, FL. Mr. Menard is currently working toward his Master of Fine Arts in Scenic and Costume Design at University of Florida. Outside of school, Stephen is a freelance designer as well as a recently published Illustrator.
